Preamble
By using FindATourney, you agree with some basic terms.
FindATourney is a service which is presented as-is, with no warranties of any kind.
We do not run, own or operate any of the tournaments listed on the site. This is done by the leagues, teams and administrator staff of those tournaments.
Usage guidelines
By using FindATourney, you agree to using it in a constructive manner. We reserve the right to block users from accessing the site or portions of our service due to, but not limited to:
- Posting hateful or harmful content, including on any links or file uploads provided
- Posting or linking political content
- Excessive scraping that leads to monopolising of server resources
Content removal
If you are a tournament organiser and would like a tournament you’re organising to be removed/de-listed, please contact us at delisting [at] findatourney.com.
Spam, links, etc
Team and tournament administrators are able to post content including links - if the links are deemed to be harmful, malicious, promoting a scam or advertising anything against our Community Guidelines, we will remove it and further action may be taken, including banning the user, team or tournament.
Changes to this policy
FindATourney is a new platform, and as such, new issues may arise from time to time that will require codifying in this terms of service. To that end, please be aware that this document can (and likely will) change as time goes on.
